Three ways to Commit
Pursuit Commit employer services enables leading companies to hire, retain, and nurture engineers from non-traditional backgrounds. A multi-year engagement ensures long-term outcomes and supports early-career to mid-level talent development.
Through Pursuit LevelUp, we work with employers to identify, recruit, and train their existing blue-collar and non-traditional workers, in roles such as retail or warehouse operations, to become professional software engineers. Once Pursuit LevelUp Fellows complete training, they are hired into new software engineering roles at their company. We continue to provide three years of post-hire retention support.
