Our Builders are hired by leading companies like Blackstone, Citizens, Uber, Citi, JPMorganChase, Zscaler, iCapital, and Poll Everywhere, and increase their average annual salaries from $18,000 to over $94,000.
Beyond training and on the job support, Pursuit partners with employers, nonprofits, and government agencies to build AI talent pipelines, embed Builders inside organizations, and bring AI literacy directly into communities. By connecting talent with opportunity, Pursuit empowers Builders to bring change to their families, their communities, and the organizations they work for.
