About Pursuit

Pursuit trains adults with the most need and potential to get their first tech jobs, advance in their careers, and become the next generation of leaders in tech.

How it all works

We are not a short-term bootcamp. Our intensive two-step, four-year Fellowship focuses on building meaningful careers.

1. Pursuit Core

10-months to your 1st tech job

The journey begins with Pursuit Core, a rigorous curriculum that builds job-ready computer programmers with in-demand coding skills and industry smarts. Pursuit Core focuses on technical mastery, professional skills, and industry fluency to help graduates get their first job in tech and launch their careers.

2. Pursuit Advance

36-months to build your career

Helping our graduates get hired in their first entry-level software engineering job is just the start of our long-term commitment to their growth. Following Pursuit Core, we support our grads and help them progress in their careers through Pursuit Advance, a structured 36-month career support program.

Hired at leading tech companies

Pursuit Fellows are writing code as software developers at innovative tech companies.

From where you are
to where you want to be

From $18k to $85k

Our programs are life changing. Fellow annual salaries on average have over quadrupled.

By training software engineers, we make direct economic and social impact on individuals, families, and communities.

“If you put the work in and you don’t give up, you really can do anything. Most of us are not computer programmers. I was a social worker.”

C4Q is now Pursuit

September 25, 2018

We are changing our name because C4Q (Coalition for Queens) no longer describes what we do nor does it speak to the change we want to have on the world. Our goal is to create transformation where it’s needed most, and so we wanted a brand that reflects this mission.
