Our Mission
Pursuit creates economic transformation. Not incremental progress. Real, tangible change in our Builders' lives.
By training low-income adults to launch and advance careers in the age of AI, we help them go from earning $18,000 to over $94,000 starting salary on average, adding an estimated $2M in lifetime earnings.
Since 2013, Pursuit has created ~$1B in total lifetime wage gains, creating lasting economic mobility that spans generations.

Transformation Stories
Every Builder who walks through our doors brings sweat, grit, and goal. What they leave with is a career that doesn't just change one life, but a family and a community's sense of what's possible.
These are the people who made it. And everyone they brought with them.
