Powered by our volunteers

We are looking for the best developers and technologists to help us train the next generation of tech leaders in NYC. Volunteers can get involved by helping us identify talented candidates in the student selection process, by working one-on-one with Developers as TA's or mentors, by sharing their expertise as guest speakers and workshop leaders, and helping to shape curriculum.

To learn more about these volunteer opportunities, please fill out the following form. We are looking forward to working with you!

Office Hours are a time for our fellows to get assistance outside of class from volunteers like you who can answer technical questions and help them work through problems. Office hours sessions for January are posted with the first one on 1/10 so please consider signing up to help the fellows kick off their year! We are especially in need of iOS volunteers, so if Swift is your thing, think about recruiting some friends too!

For the first time this year, we are offering our volunteers the opportunity to join a new Selection Committee to review Fellows applications. Volunteers on the Committee will read through applications, check for eligibility, and score against a rubric to determine Fellows who are the best fit for our program. Selecting the right Fellows is crucial to the success of our program.

Spend a full day interviewing prospective Fellows to identify talented candidates who have the qualities needed to succeed in our program. You will help select 72 Fellows for our June cohort.
